When Neterios's watchers finally see the fifteen-mile rock aimed at Earth, the Ennead must vote whether a species that broke its oath still deserves saving — while the hall built on their harmony starts coming down around them.
In the Eye of Horus Observatory, an overloading deep-scan array burns out confirming the impossible: Acolal, fifteen miles wide, dead on course for Earth, impact 21 June 2086. Ra summons the full Ennead across the crystal causeway, where the traditional Lament must be sung in true harmony to hold the Ward-Stones — and Anubis's refusal to mean it nearly drops the council into the void. Inside the Hall, the debate turns physical: Anubis burns visions of humanity's betrayals into the walls, Bastet answers with visions of the oath kept, and the dome starts to crack under the weight of their discord. With the ceiling failing, all fifteen gods cast their vote in real time and Ra breaks a dead tie for intervention — but Anubis storms out through the reforming causeway, tearing it open again, and vanishes toward Earth with a warning of his own.
