Data controller and contact
GRAVITREK, INC. is the data controller for the whole Gravitrek service — gravitrek.com and every sibling site (planet65.com, catelonia.com, neterios.com, heliopoly.com, thegoodluckcats.com), and play.gravitrek.com, which is simply the technical deployment that carries gameplay so it doesn't load down the story sites. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we collect: your email address if you join the mailing list; your name, email, shipping address, and order details for Founders' Box and Booster Box orders; account details, authentication records, gameplay and transaction records, and device/security information for Pioneer accounts; and the content of support communications when you write to us.
How we use it
We use this information to operate, secure, and support the service: to send list members updates about episodes, art, and product availability; to process, pack, ship, and support orders; to create and secure Pioneer accounts and gameplay; to enforce these terms and investigate abuse; and to respond to your requests.
Who we disclose it to, and how
We don't sell personal data to any party. We disclose information only as described here, through secure, access-controlled system integrations rather than public disclosure:
- Service providers who operate the service on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, security, shipping, and payment or marketplace providers — bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety disclosures — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or where needed to protect people, rights, or the service.
- Business transfers — if GRAVITREK, INC. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit who can see account and order data, and vetted hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected appropriately.
Cookies
The service uses essential security, session, and language-preference cookies, required to sign in, prevent fraud, protect forms, and remember settings. Analytics, advertising, and non-essential tracking technologies are not enabled anywhere in the service until an appropriate consent mechanism and this notice are updated.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Signed-in Pioneers can submit an access, correction, objection, or account-deletion request from the Privacy and account requests page.
- Anyone can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by writing to hello@gravitrek.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
