Fertilius · the farm planet
Seeds, robots, harvests
A whole planet of farmland, and nobody can breathe on it. You plan the work; the robots do it.
Fertilius is a planet of its own, a satellite planet to Neterios — as Planet 65 is — and every scrap of agriculture in the system happens on it. Nobody can breathe there. The air is CO2, no settler lives on the surface, and that one fact decides what kind of game this is: you plan, staff and supply a farm you will never walk around in, and the robots do the work. Food is required across the system, which is why this game exists — but a player can buy, trade or be given food instead of growing it.
- The way inA Fertilius visa, and a farm role or a lease. Everyone needs the food; nobody has to own a farm to get it. You will not be walking around up there either way.
- Where this actually isIn the works.
What you do
- Plan the plots and the care cycles, and live with the weather.
- Assign the robots. Agrobots, terrafarmers and ecobots do the work you schedule, and do it badly if you schedule it badly. They are not help, they are the only labour there is — nothing with lungs works this planet.
- Deliver. To settlers, to bird keepers in Catelonia, to the medicine trade, or to the market at the price of the day.
