Omnibis — the neutral oracle (canon note, 2026-09-06)

Omnibis is she — a face wound through with teal and copper hair-ribbons, gold spiral earrings, a small bright bird resting in her hair. She has no wading-bird mythology attached to her and is not part bird — that reading is wrong and should not appear anywhere again. She is housed in a temple on Catelonia, and she is the background law of the ecosystem: she reads the data-spires, the mine counts on Planet 65, the harvests, the ledgers of Heliopoly, and nudges all of it toward balance. She answers to no council and takes no side in the Bastet/Anubis rift. The Council leans on her forecasts to govern Heliopoly; Umbrax mines her feeds for an edge they were never meant to have; nobody has ever gotten her to explain herself or bend a rule.

For episodes: she can be glimpsed and named now — her portrait on a wall, a Council member invoking her, a passing acknowledgement that she's real and everyone answers to her — that is not off-limits and existing episodes don't need retrofitting to add it. What stays held back for later is a *deep* reveal (what she actually is, whether she can be gamed) — that is future story, not an instruction to keep her invisible.
