Omnibis

Omnibis is the background law of the Gravitrek ecosystem — an oracle housed in a temple on Catelonia, her face wound through with teal and copper hair-ribbons, gold spiral earrings catching the light, a small bright bird resting in her hair. She reads the data-spires, the mine counts on Planet 65, the harvests, the ledgers of Heliopoly, and nudges all of it toward balance. She answers to no council and takes no side in the Bastet/Anubis rift. The Council leans on her forecasts to govern Heliopoly; the Code-Trekkers check in with her before every mission; Umbrax mines her feeds for an edge they were never meant to have. Nobody has ever gotten her to explain herself, or bend a rule.
