Heliopoly Tax Office

The financial administrative center of Heliopoly responsible for collecting taxes from settlers. When pioneers land on Tax Office spaces, they must pay 10% of the value of their building assets and air rights. This office manages the city revenue system and contributes to Mr. Helio's Treasure space where part of all collected taxes are stored for lucky settlers to claim.
