One of the eighteen Astral Bridges, and Bassie's guardian post — the Great Pyramid is aligned to true north with an accuracy no instrument of its age should have managed, and that near-perfect cardinal lock is what lets it read Earth's magnetic field for Neterios.
In the game — the True North task: magnetic interference has dragged the pyramid's reading off true north. Recalibrate the alignment back to exact before the drift breaks the field-reading. Completing it adds Bassie to your portfolio and unlocks permanent fast travel to the Pyramid of Giza.
