The deep past (300,000 years ago) — for time-jump episodes

Bastet and Anubis were the first of Neterios to set foot on Earth. They landed at Jebel Irhoud in Morocco when the world was still bare — no cities, no civilisations, almost no people. With them came an army of robots (the forerunners of the Upzie tribes). The robots did the work: they terraformed, raised the first structures, seeded agriculture, and shaped the earliest settlements on every continent. This is why the universe is full of hybrids and constructed beings — Earth's first "population" was largely built, not born.
