This Privacy Notice explains how information is handled for gravitrek.com and the Gravitrek story, community, game, collectibles and related services. The data controller is GRAVITREK, INC., with registered office at 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, Delaware 19709, New Castle County, United States. Privacy requests can be sent to accounts@gravitrek.com.
Information we handle
- Account and contact information you provide, such as email address and username.
- Service activity needed to operate accounts, game features, purchases, support, fraud prevention, and security.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, security logs, and essential cookie settings.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, deliver requested messages, respond to support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data to any party. We do not use personal data for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and sharing
We use carefully selected providers to host, secure, and send service communications, including Amazon Web Services and Amazon SES. They may process data only to provide those services to us, subject to applicable agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
International handling
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may request information about relevant personal-information practices. Because we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising, a sale/share opt-out is not presently needed. To make a request, email accounts@gravitrek.com from the account email; we will verify the request before acting.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.
Children
This service is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Do not submit a child's information without the permission required by law.
