These Terms govern use of gravitrek.com and the Gravitrek story, community, game, collectibles and related services. The service is operated by GRAVITREK, INC.. Its registered office is 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, Delaware 19709, New Castle County, United States. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Use the service lawfully, keep account details accurate, protect credentials, and do not interfere with security, other users, or the service. We may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or our rights.

Accounts and digital assets

Account names, virtual items, collectible records, credits, and other digital assets are governed by the applicable service rules. Digital assets earned or purchased through our services may be sold or transferred only through an official Gravitrek marketplace or Crypties when that asset is expressly eligible. Items found, gifted, granted, promotional, or otherwise issued by the service are not transferable or resellable unless we expressly mark them eligible.

We may correct errors, reverse fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, and enforce eligibility or availability rules.

Our content and your content

The stories, artwork, names, software, designs, trademarks, and service content are protected by law and remain ours or our licensors'. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, while giving us the limited permission needed to operate, display, secure, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
