The city's shopping channel, broadcast out of a studio on a Heliopoly street corner, and hosted by Billy Cashwise — the same man who sits on the City Council moving municipal money through shells and favours. He sells, in character, at prices that expire while he is still talking.
The channel carries whatever the city will buy: Deben-plated kettles, cargo crates, a sphere if Cao has one spare. What runs on air is real merchandise at real prices, so the card on screen is also the thing you can actually buy.
